Sedona Trail Running 
I live in Utah at about 4300 ft. When I visited the coast of Washington State and continued my marathon training while I was there, I was amazed how different and easier it was running at sea level!

Yes, I have run in Florida, Illinois and Michigan (so far)!

Yes, I have run races in my home state, Indiana, plus a 5K in Pennsylvania, a 5mi in NYS, and 5K/10K/half/full in Florida (I’m Dopey!).

I just ran my first race in a different state. Finished the Goofy Challenge. My next marathon in October will be in a different state too.

Yes! I live in Ga and ran my first half marathon in 2002 in Florida – Disney Half marathon. And I ran my 2 marathons in different states – La and Fla (yep Disney World Marathon – 2 weeks ago!)

I’ve run in KY, IN, and FL so far. I’ve got a bucket list to run a Half in every state and run a race on 6 continents. (Not sure I could handle Antarctica.)

We are beginner runners, and have yet to venture out of state to run. That said, a destination race is on our “to do” list for this year. We live in Ohio and prefer to drive rather than fly. Any suggestions?
